Rick Berry was probably the best realtor I have ever dealt with - after I bought 6 houses in my lifetime. He showed me several houses using video call while I was out of state. With his advice and the advice of the home inspector, I was able to make, I believe, a good decision buying a home in Cleveland, Tennessee while I was still in Iowa.

Mr. Berry was an excellent real estate agent for my husband and myself. He was key in finding properties for us to look at and found us the perfect house in very little time. He was always on time for our appointments and very knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing. He had the answers to all the questions we asked about any house we looked at. He was also very hands on with our closing and was able to provide us with answers to any questions we had before we sealed the deal! My husband and I give him five stars which equals EXCELLENT.
